About Prana Clinic
Prana Clinic takes a biopsychosocial approach to wellness that has been clinically proven to promote healing from all types of chronic health conditions. During individual and small group yoga therapy sessions, clients build awareness of movement, breathing, and thought patterns that may be contributing to imbalance. Every client discovers new skills and practices that facilitate their journey to optimal health.
Who We Serve
Yoga therapy can benefit individuals dealing with a host of health concerns, ranging from post-rehab training for orthopedic issues to serious mental health conditions.
Alyana Ramirez has had specialized training and experience in working with mental and emotional health, including eating disorders and PTSD; neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s; chronic pain and fibromyalgia; and osteoporosis.
About the Owner
During my career I have worked with individuals of all ages to help them better access the therapeutic benefits of yoga. In working to address everything from depression, eating disorders, and trauma to post-surgical recovery and chronic lower back pain, I constantly find myself consistently humbled and inspired by the seemingly endless gifts this practice provides when approached with curiosity, humor, and an open spirit.
Each of us is unique, and it’s impossible to create a one-size-fits-all class. Working with clients one-on-one allows me to meet them where they are and offer guidance to make progress more clarity and less frustration.
I started Prana Clinic with the hope that it can be a place for healing, where each person can feel like they belong, and no one is denied the opportunity to experience the incredible gifts of this practice.
