Our adrenal glands are an essential part of our neuroendocrine system, secreting the neurotransmitters and hormones we need to motivate action and effectively respond to stress. However, in the pace and chaos of today’s world, our adrenal glands are often overtaxed. Without attention and care they can eventually burn out, leading to some of the common hallmarks of what we often call ‘chronic stress:’ restlessness, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, frequent illness, weight change (up or down), and so on.

Associated with the Root Chakra, imbalance in the adrenals can also show up as a fear of change, difficulties with finances, trouble focusing, and disordered eating.

I developed this class to support the adrenal glands and find balance in the root chakra. Rebuild a sense of calm, stability, and safety in the body and develop a new level of resilience, no matter what life throws at you.
