Virtual Appointments
All appointments are held online for your convenience. Book your session from anywhere and connect comfortably from home. Just select the time that works for you, enter your details, and you’ll receive a confirmation with a link to fill out any needed intake paperwork.
In-Home Sessions
Are you located in South Florida and interested in an in-home visit? Please book an introductory consult first. During this consult, I’ll provide the information you need to proceed with scheduling an in-home session.
Booking a Package
For those interested in deeper support, consider our packages. Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule your sessions.
A 3 session package for new clients. Includes intake and assessment. Each session is approximately 60 minutes. All virtual sessions are carried out through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Appointments can be scheduled online.

Sessions run approximately 60 minutes. Intake sessions (your first appointment) may be as long as 75 minutes depending on your needs, so please block some extra time for your first appointment. Any other changes in length of session will be discussed in advance.

Your first session will be charged 24 hours before your appointment time. All subsequent appointments will be charged the day of your appointment.
If you book a package, you are charged just once, at the time of purchase.

You are welcome to cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged as a no show.
(For Monday appointments, please cancel by noon on the preceding Friday.)
I don’t double-book and I leave space between each appointment so that I always show up fully charged and present for you. This policy ensures that every one of my clients receives the dedicated presence they deserve.
