For Healthcare Providers

A trusted partner
for your most complex clients.

If you work with people whose healing requires alignment of mind and body, I’d love to be a resource for you.

My Approach

I offer individualized yoga therapy and somatic coaching as a complement to medical and psychological care, not a replacement for it.

Each client I work with receives a personalized plan built around their specific diagnosis, history, and nervous system needs. Sessions draw from yoga, somatic practices, breath work, therapeutic movement, nervous system education, and meditation — all tailored to what each person can meet.

My work is designed to run alongside yours. Clients continue their existing care without interruption, and I'm always open to communication and collaboration with other providers if the client is open to it.

Services are conducted virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform to allow accessibility for clients regardless of location or physical capability.

Working Beyond Diagnosis.

This work is not dependent on a specific diagnosis. We begin with the client’s lived experience and current capacity, rather than a diagnostic label.

If your client is living with unexplained symptoms, caught in the gap between specialists,
or simply not fitting neatly into a single clinical category, yoga therapy can be particularly helpful.

Scope of practice & credentials

Yoga therapy is a complementary health discipline. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical mental health treatment. My work focuses on helping clients build nervous system capacity, somatic awareness, and resilience that supports everything else they're doing in their care.

  • On my off times, when seemingly faced with insurmountable movement and pain barriers, I have had difficulty in wanting to have a session. Aly in real time adjusts her plan design. The result is like a gift. On my best days, Aly, through positive reinforcement, new approaches, detailed feedback and encouragement but also pacing, directs our plan so I can continue to advance on a positive path.

    - T.K., client with Parkinson’s Disease

  • Since our first meeting six years ago, Alyana has consistently and energetically provided support, focused attention, good judgement and patience in dealing with the difficult problems associated with managing and holding off the progression of my Parkinson Disease. Her experience, knowledge, and competencies has resulted in my improved mobility, core strength, balance, and reduced falls. Not to speak of attitude.
