Foundations: Yoga for the Hips, Knees, & Feet

Our lower limbs are the foundation upon which our entire body rests and enable us to move through the world. With so much use comes the risk of wear and tear, and imbalance or injury in the lower joints can eventually lead to pain or imbalance in the spine, shoulders, or neck. This class will focus on creating space in the lower joints, building strength in the feet and legs, and building the foundation for more balanced and fluid movement.
