Dr. Fishman’s Method for Preventing and Reversing Osteoporosis/Osteopenia

You don’t need medications, hormone therapy, or high-impact exercise to improve your bone health.  Dr. Fishman’s Yoga Method for Osteoporosis has been proven through clinical trials to not only slow, but in many cases REVERSE bone loss, even in cases of severe osteoporosis.   Participants in the landmark, peer-reviewed study showed significant improvement in bone mineral density in the spine, femur, and hip after two years, by simply adding 12 minutes of yoga to their daily routine.  

While many types of exercise can help to build bone density, this practice has been designed to maximize bone-building while minimizing risk of falls or fractures.  In this class, you’ll learn basic alignment and modifications to practice this sequence safely and effectively.
