We all have different ideas of what a ‘good’ guided meditation is. Some of us prefer a faster or slower voice, background music or no music at all. You might find it easier to practice with more continuous guidance, or constant speaking may feel distracted for you.

Custom meditation recordings allow you to get a guided meditation created just for you. You can include specific scene descriptions for a visualization meditation, set the voice tempo, or select areas of focus for a body scan.
